My bloodwork shows ferritin is 9 uh/l and iron 32 imply/l is this normal? seems like low ferritin high iron?

Both numbers low.: It is not clear what “uh/L” means. Both levels appear to be lower than they should be. Your first step should be to discuss these results with the doctor who ordered the test. Are you anemic? Did he/she suspect iron deficiency? Please ask these questions. It is vital that you follow up with these questions since you may need appropriate action.
