I have one of these "small ulcers" i have no idea where it's from. i do wear a retainer. i get these usually on the inside lower lip. how do i treat?

Small ulcers: They have to be seen to be diagnosed. So see your Dentist. May be bacterial or viral, or may be irritation from the retainer. See the Denist or specialist Orthodontist who made it to check its fit.
