Yes: Warm salt water rinses can be done five times a day. Its best to know the cause of the ulcers. If its trauma, time will heal. Autoimmune ulcers are treated with steroids. Viral ulcers are treated with antiviral medications. Persistent ulcers are not normal and need to be evaluated by a dentist. Best get checked out to determine the cause. There are other things it could be.
