I am male nurse and i am wondering is it possible after applying intravenous infusion,if some bubbles of air left in tube,that patient get air embolia?

Yes it can happen: Air embolism is a real concern especially with larger air bubbles but is generally not a concern with the very small bubbles. Always be sure to flush the lines and check for air prior to connecting the IV line to a patient.
