Doctor Visit: Return to PCP or call and ask to go to ER. The abdominal pain will likely need imaging tests quickly done and evaluated safely in the ER

Needs medical exam: This patient needs to be examined by a physician/surgeon right away. Persistent abdominal pain for more than 24 hours can be a sign of an abdominal emergency(Acute Abdomen). If you do not have a doctor, go to ER but do it today, if possible and get her examined and tested for infection or acute abdomen.
