Nosebleeds: High blood pressure does not generally cause nosebleeds; an exception may be hypertensive crisis, where the BP is very high and causes organ damage. But for the most part high blood pressure is "silent" -- there are no symptoms. Treating high BP reduces the risk of stroke and other complications so do please check your blood pressure to find out if you need treatment.

Nose bleeds: that are frequent need to be checked out by your doctor. Please see him/her. The doc will likely examine your nose and do tests to see if your blood is too thin. Peace and good health.
