Can an ocular fat graft later be replaced with an integrated ocular implant?

Possible: It is possible, but not a definite. Fat is inflammatory in nature. If it causes the extraocular muscles to scar together, then it may not be possible to isolate and attach the correct muscles to the correct part of the integrated implant.
