Broken heart: Acute stress cardiomyopathy is a condition associated with severe fear or grief, causing the heart function to become temporarily weak. Clinically it can look a lot like a heart attack, and can even cause cardiac arrest, but if supported in a hospital typically patients make a good recovery.
