16wks pregnant frequent heart flutters all day..worse after i eat..tests were all normal..i'm scared to death of these what can i do to lessen them??

Tests were normal: You state that your tests are normal. Assuming you mean that you have had your heart evaluated (EKG, echocardiogram) and that these test are normal then it does not seem like there is a reason to be scared to death. If you had this problem by your doctor already then you are doing the right thing. If you doubt there assessment then you can always get a second opinion
