Migraine or TMJ: If your scans and workup are normal, this should rule out a brain tumor, vasculitis, sinus disease and perhaps cervical spine disease. Your visit to the eye doc rules out eye disease. You need to rule out tension headache, migraines, TMJ and chronic paroxysmal hemicrania. Please read Wikipedia on headaches. See a neurologist who specializes in headaches if you have not already and dentist for TMJ.
