I have got this painful headache, i've been to a see, i've seen specialist, i've been admitted to hospital to do all the scans. however, the scans came back to say, everything is normal. i still have headache, don't know what to do now. please help?

Migraine or TMJ: If your scans and workup are normal, this should rule out a brain tumor, vasculitis, sinus disease and perhaps cervical spine disease. Your visit to the eye doc rules out eye disease. You need to rule out tension headache, migraines, TMJ and chronic paroxysmal hemicrania. Please read Wikipedia on headaches. See a neurologist who specializes in headaches if you have not already and dentist for TMJ.
