Fissure: The antibiotic may have caused some digestive issues that caused irritation in the rectum. Two possibilities include a fissure which is like a paper cut in the anus/rectum. Not uncommon to have the bright red blood. Secondly, hemorrhoids can do the same. I would recommend u have a medical provider check you out to be complete. Creams like Preparation H might be helpful

Bleeding: Bleeding must be investigated. Start w your GP. After evaluation GP,may recommend consultation w Gastroenterologist or Proctologist. 4 months is to long to go without evaluation.

Anal tear : You probably have a small tear in your anus or rectum. Try a tablespoon of Metamucil daily and keep your bowel movements soft. Good luck
