She says when ever she wipes after she poops that it is a bright red color of blood, she also says there a good amount of blood. she was born with a skin tag/ mole right around the hole. i'm worried but she doesn't want me to take her to the doctor.

Bloody stools: I am not a pediatrician BUT bleeding per rectum is NOT normal. That skin tag or mole needs to be evaluated. The range of what be the cause is vast. From your post I can't say for sure if she needs to go to the Emergency Department right away BUT she needs to be seen and examined by a physician to decide on a plan of action.
