Epididymitis: True infectious epididymitis usually involves one testicle, which is markedly swollen and tender. If this describes you, ask the doctor about modified treatment. If more diffuse pain e.g. both testicles, maybe not epididymits but prostatitis or chronic pelvic pain syndrome (google it for info). Most such cases are not infections; antibiotics often tried but usually don't help. Discuss with doctor.
