R/O Seizures: With your history of meningioma and use of the anticonvulsant Keppra, I think you need a Neurology consult and a stat EEG, go to the ER please. I have also attached a Harvard Health letter about stopping antidepressants, which may cause symptoms. You have very intelligently included your history, of which you should be aware of the dangers of epileptiform activity. Please stay calm and see Neuro.
