Can 20mg prozac daily be stopped abruptly without tapering off after using it for about a year ? we don't have 10 mg prozac or any alternative here , we only have 20 mg. can it cause withdrawal effects ?

Just stop, no pbm: Prozac is a very long acting medication . It has a long 1/2 life, which means it very gradually leaves the body and effectively self tapers.
