I just came back from a vacation in mexico. i have intermittent diarrhea and a strange dry feeling on the sides of my tongue. thoughts?

Traveler's: diarrhea or E. .histolytica- both common in Mexico. I suggest clear fluids for 48 hours and use OTC Immodium and PetoBismol for the next 2 days- if not improving you may need a stool culture and antibiotic therapy.
