Examine your head: What are your headaches like? Can you describe them in more details? When, what, where, how and why? When did they start, what time of day? What brings them on? What they feel like? Where in the head? Only at work? and nowhere else? (Not at home?) How severe on a scale of 10? How often? How long they last? Any other symptoms? What else is going on in your life? Before I can address your suffering
