A member asked:

I suffer from chronic headaches, and i've heard that low magnesium levels might be the cause, is this true? if so what supplement should i try taking?

VARIETY : Many choices exist. If your magnesium is low you could supplement and perhaps control your headaches if indeed they are migraines. Better headache prevention may be found with riboflavin, butterbur, feverfew, or co-q-10.
