Acid: With very thorough rinsing and washing and with no evident burn or blistering, you should be ok. Battery acid is actually dilute but I 'm not sure what dry acid is. If you have any doubt wear latex gloves for a day when handling food or your baby.

Discuss neutralizing the acid with your PCP. Avoid skin contact until evaluated. Acid may leave burns on your skin which can lead to infections.
