Acetaminophen: https://www.tylenol.com/safety-dosing/usage/dosage-for-adults Even the manufacturers of Tylenol do not recommend taking more than six tabs in a 24 hour period due to the risk of liver injury. This was recently *lowered* from the maximum of eight tabs.
