Yes.: No problem. Naprosyn and tylenol (acetaminophen) are different classes of drugs and have different metabolic pathways. It is common to use both to treat pain or fever, but not within an hour of each other, so stagger them for better effect. Now don't take naprosyn, ibuprofen or aspirin at the same time! Same class and so too much.
