Not likely: I think combining acetaminophen and ibuprofen like meds are relatively safe if done on an occasion. Because the PM meds have anti-histamines in them I guess combining two of them could be associated with more drowziness and I wouldn't drive for example.

No: however the combined dose of the anti-histamine may make you very sleepy! Do no drive/operate machinery for 8 hours after you swallowed the Tylenol (acetaminophen) PM ! BE CAREFUL in the future .when you are sleepy your judgement is DIMINISHED! Hope this helps! Dr Z

You should be fine: these medications both have diphenhydramine which you know better as Benadryl. Besides making you sleepy there is not much else they will do. There is no interaction between the Tylenol (acetaminophen) and Advil. Just be more careful and certainly don't drive.
