Two things: Step one: see Your Physician for an evaluation of your back and joint issues. (S)he will recommend a physical therapist who will teach you how to train properly. Then step two join a gym or go to the YMCA and get fit. At your age, it shouldn't take long. If you still have weight issues then add a third step and get on a diet plan. Good luck.
