What kind?: If by "head tremors" you mean literally a rhythmic shaking of your head, no, probably not. There is a small group of mostly benign neurological conditions that can cause this (usually easy to distinguish by the rate). Late in life, katharine hepburn suffered from one kind. If this is what you mean, ask your doctor to refer you to a neurologist.
