ICE IT: and apply some vaseline.......the ice may shrink the tissue enough to "unstick" the stud and the vaseline will lubricate assisting removal.... The ER is last resort...see if there is a Walk In (Urgent Care Center in a Drug Store or local facility! Hope this helps Good luck Dr Z
