Sounds like eczema: and the yellow discharge can be secondary infection of the eczema. Try OTC antibiotic ointment and make appointment to see derm for prescription medicine to clear eczema as well. You may need oral antibiotics. This is unlikely related to your candida but see derm sooner than later.

Office visit: Any breast lesions deserve an office visit. Although it's rare at your age, serious thing like cancer can present that way in the breast. Vaginal candidiasis might be a separate issue. When it occurs frequently, see a gynecologist for it. If no etiology is found, see an immunoligist so he/she can look at your Th17 lymphocyte. Abnormal Th17 causes recurrent chronic mucocutaneus candidiasis.
