Echocardiogram 2.5 years ago normal ejection fraction 60-65%. now normal but ejection fraction 55% is this a bad sign or just variable? just ectopics

"Normal" hard to jud: Basis for designating an ejection frac (EF) as "normal" isn't just the pictures that are seen, but also knowledge of your medical condition- symptoms & signs. Any echocardiogram has variability - a calculated EF of 55% means the EF can range from 50%-60% (+/-5%). Similarly, 2.5 yrs ago, EF was probably in the range of 57%-67%. There's considerable overlap, so it's hard to say if anything changed.
