UTI? STD?: Probably an infection, but you don't provide enough information. If you are young (under 30) or at risk, or if any discharge from the penis, then an STD is likely, especially gonorrhea or chlamydia. If older or with prior urinary tract problems (e.g. prostate, recent hospitalization with a catheter), then a non-STD urinary tract infection (UTI) is likely. Don't guess or self treat: get care ASAP.
