Any symptoms?: Foamy urine is normal. If you do not have any symptoms and urinalysis was normal, do not be concerned. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Foamy urine: Very rapid urination/strong force can cause foam/bubbles in the urine. If that is the case, it may persist as long as you pee hard and fast. The only other significant cause of foam is proteinuria. If the urine dipstick test remains negative for protein, you're in the clear, but with your history, periodic testing is advised.
