Go to hospital now: You might be describing atypical angina that may be due to heart disease. While you're youngish to have such severe heart disease, it's not impossible. So time to go to hospital now for evaluation. Have someone take you (don't drive yourself). And take 325mg Aspirin (regular, not enteric coated or delayed release) while you're waiting for ride.
