Neurologist: Tingling of your right side which has persisted for that long a time suggests nervous system pathology. If the face, arms, trunk, and legs are involved, the lesion would be in the cerebral cortex in the brain. If the face isn't involved, the pathology would most likely be in the spinal cord. Multiple sclerosis, in your age group, is a concern. A type of stroke is less likely. Consult a neurologist
