Surgeon: I recommend that you notify the surgeon who performed the procedure and I expect that he/she will want to evaluate you for any delayed complications from the procedure. The testicular discomfort may be referred pain from the groin surgery as long as the testicles aren't swollen or tender.

Do you mean hernia: in the inguinal area. If so then you a trapped nerve of the spermatic cord. Consult your surgeon
