27female have right side groin pain for a few months. worse when pressed. no pain on other side. no pain when urinating/bowel movement. muscle strain?

May be hernia: Hernia's (Femoral, inguinal are sometimes very difficult to diagnose in a female. See your Gynecologist! An echo exam ( and sometimes a CT with proper views) may disclose this troublesome cause for groin pain in women Hope this helps! Dr Z
