Depends: This all depends on the anesthesia used, the length of time you were under and how deep the general anesthesia had to be for the surgery. It'snot uncommon to be a little out of sorts for a day or two but you should ask your surgeon or anesthesiologist. Most give you information after surgery that should tell you as well.
