Get checked.: You may have had a sebaceous or pilonidal cyst. When you manipulated it, it may trigger an infection. Please see a doc to decide whether you need antibiotics or drainage of the cyst. If you have fever, marked increase in pain, or it rapidly increases in size, redness, or warmth, go to an ER or UC right away.
