Easy to Fix it: Take a good antacid for a few days. This should make the pain from acidity go away. If the pain persists, then it is not related to acid reflux. In that case you should go see a ENT doctor. As for antacids, you might have a favorite but I can suggest that you take either Pepcid (Famotidine) or Prilosec. Take it daily for one week. The acid reflux-pain goes away within 24 hours.
