What could tightness in upper chest, stiffness in neck and pressure in ears indicate?

Chest/neck tight: Likely upper respiratory infection. May be viral or bacterial such as strep (have seen neck tightness with strep) or mycoplasma. Do you have a headache? fever?Can you bend your neck ? The neck stiffness is worrisome as could be meningitis(viral meningitis-bacterial one is very ill) . So would seek medical attention in ER as soon as possible.May need antibiotics.
