Conclusive HIV test: "Fifth generation" for an HIV test is marketing hype -- the manufacturer calls their new test 5th gen, but it's still bacially the same as all other 4th generation tests. Results of 4th gen HIV tests are usually conclusive after 4 weeks and always by 6 weeks (42 days). But 39 days is close enough; for sure you didn't catch HIV.
