Stimulants: From a neurology perspective, go easy on the stimulants. Anything that speeds up heart rate and increases blood pressure puts you at risk of stroke.

Energy drinks contain varying amounts of caffeine, which is also a strong stimulant lasting hours in your body. Don't combine stimulant with energy drinks before reviewing with your doc.
