Maybe: Maybe one donut (without the sugary glaze) or one cinnamon roll (without the glaze). Donuts and cinnamon rolls are ok once in a while... in the same category as party foods like cake and ice cream. If a person is already overweight, or has high cholesterol, or diabetes or pre-diabetes, then donuts and cinnamon rolls are even more risky. Eat wisely!
