Worried about what?: From what you described you are unlikely to be pregnant, but you could still catch sexually transmitted infections like HPV and herpes. If you have any symptoms, you should see your doctor. Get HPV vaccine.

Worried about what?: I would not worry about unintended pregnancy,, if you have been getting your Depo-Provera shots every 11-13 wks, as it provides highly effective contraception. However it does not protect against STIs which you may be at risk for if your partners uncovered genitals were in contact with yours. It really depends on whether or not your partner has an STI.
