You're fine: The problem with processed meats and hot dogs, an some soft cheese is that these foods occasionally carry a bacteria called Listeria. If your foods are cooked and you wash your hands well if handling these foods you will be fine. Unpasteurized cheese, in my experience, is the biggest problem. In 40+ years of practice I have only seen three cases of Listeria infection.
