Nausea ; vomiting: Eating a healthy diet during prengnacy is very important. However some women at the begining of pregnancy develop what is called nausea and vomiting of pregnancy, and its due to the hormonal changes. Try separating foods from liquids, avoid spicy food, avoid strong odors, take your prental vitamin or Folic Acid and consult your obgyn on how to improve your diet. Try soft foods like mashed potatoes.
