Hi, i was told that my platelet count is 648. and also i am very low in iron saturation (4%). i am really worried right now . what do you recommend.

Workup: The high platelets will probably return to normal when your iron deficiency is addressed. Your physician will work on trying to figure out why you are iron deficient. Ruling out stomach and colon cancer is important. I am glad you recognize the seriousness of the situation. Best wishes
