Small red lump under my r. armpit for about 2 wks? little pain. i poked and squeezed it. yellow stuff and blood came out. now, open wound. what now?

Good hygine: Sounds like an infected cyat that u drained. U want to make sure you did not cause it to become infected. U can try warm compresses, wash well, and hopefully it resolves. If it recurs or worsens you should see a doctor.

Simple healing: The real question is what not to do that slows down healing. Avoid using alcohol, peroxide, hibiclens, betadine, and bleach solutions. Inflammation ( red, hot, swollen, tender) is important to healing so anti-inflammatories (motrin, advil) are bad. Cover the area with a clean dressing changed every other day and protected from trauma. Antibiotics do not help healing unless it is truly infected.

Have it evaluated.: If your wound is not healing have it evaluated and get the appropriate treatment.
