It isn't a pinched nerve, it didn't hurt at all.. it was more like neck tightness.. felt like someone was choking me.. now it's gone.. the huge question remains, WHY DO THEY COME AND GO? should I ask a doctor personally?

Already seen doc, gave me amoxcillin but no help. Keep coughing up dark mucus everyday, choking feeling at night and tight neck throughout the day.
