Neurologist?: if you have the diagnosis of migraines, and have been taking Imitrex, then I assume you have seen a neurologist. You should consult with that doctor with this question, since they know your history and the way you are taking the medication. They can then create a responsive treatment plan to help you with the situation you are currently facing.
