Midsection pressure: May be gallbladder or GERD/ reflux. try OTC ranitidine /prevecid and see if it helps ( GERD can cause lgihtheadedness). At your age vascular issues are less likely unless a family history, same with cardiac issues. f/u with doc urgent care
