I was diagnosed w/ intraductal papilloma last october 2015 on my left breast. but currently the results of my ultrasound & mammogram was birads 4 again. do i need to undergo excision for the said mass found on the same breast?

Maybe: You need to consult a breast surgeon who can review everything and discuss your options. With a BIRADS 4 some sort of sampling is usually indicated but that would not necessarily be an excision.
