Depends: It depends upon whether you're sure that zinc is the cause of symptoms. If symptoms are not severe you could omit zinc to see if symptoms subside. If symptoms were not severe you could try zinc again to see if symptoms recur. If you have to permanently stop it, it is not a major issue.

Probably not: Depends on what the reaction is and why are you taking it. Should discuss with GP it's actual importance for you.

Stop: A reaction to any medication is alarming and can cause further complications if you continue taking it. Stop the Zinc supplements and consult with your GP as to what your alternatives are. It is possible that a Zinc supplement from another pharmaceutical brand may be better tolerated.

Probably not: Hard to say without more information to explain the type of reaction + the what the original indication for the zinc was. Things in medicine are often about balancing the pros and cons of therapies/side effects/benefits/harms. If it is a non-essential supplement then probably stop it. You may also be reacting to something in the formulation other than the zinc.
